The Cook Children’s Neuroscience Center, based in Fort Worth, Texas home to the Jane and John Justin Institute for Mind Health-bringing together nine specialties including a Neurosciences Research Center under one roof. Pediatric specialist in neurological, developmental and behavioral health are changing the way we deliver health care. Together, were healing minds and bodies. Armed with leading neurologists, neurosurgeons, epileptologiests and neuropsychologists with state of the art technologies such as MEG and IMRI. The National Association of Epilepsy Centers recognizes Cook Children’s Comprehensive Epilepsy Program as a Level 4 Pediatric Epilepsy Center. Our state-of-the art, 10 bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) is an important component of the comprehensive evaluation and integrated care. Cook Children’s is the first independent pediatric hospital in the United States to offer a comprehensive Movement Disorder program that includes deep brain stimulations (DBS).
