What Benefits Will My Company Receive?

Depending on your company’s level, benefits may include complimentary full meeting registrations, invitations to the president’s reception, onsite signage that includes your logo, plaques and/or engraved crystal awards for display at your booth, and more. Your team will also receive badge ribbons featuring your recognition level.

What Are Qualifying Expenditures?

 Qualifying expenditures include AES fees for: 

• Your exhibit booth(s)
• Exhibit floor offices
• Innovation pavilions
• Product theaters
• Advertising at AES 2025 (onsite and offsite)
• Sponsorships
• Medical education grants (at AES 2025 and year-round)
• Other grant support (programmatic, travel awards, etc)
• Satellite symposia 
• Scientific exhibits
• Epilepsy Currents advertising
• Epilepsy Currents sponsored products (emails, podcasts, etc)
• Cancellation fees

Note that the following types of expenditures are not included in the calculation of your company’s recognition level:

• Booth design and construction costs
• Advertising design and in some instances production costs that the specified as the responsibility of the advertiser in your insertion order or memorandum of agreement with AES
• Onsite costs such as catering, floral, photography, etc
• Registration fees
• Travel and hotel costs
• Room rentals
• Other costs you incur to participate at AES 2024 not specified in the qualifying expenses list above
