What We Do (Printed Profile Company Description)
CureGRIN represents patients with GRI Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including GRIN1, GRIN2A, GRIN2B, GRIN2D, GRIA1, GRIA2, GRIA3, GRIA4 and GRIK2. Symptoms include epilepsy, intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as vision (CVI), GI and sleep issues. Another common symptom is Paroxysmal Sympathetic Hyperactivity (PSH), which presents as "neurostorms" that combine dystonia and dysautonomia.
